2020-2021 NA Oahu Gathering Notice

To the FELLOWSHIP of Narcotics Anonymous,

We have secured dates with Camp Mokuleia for 2021; please mark your calendars for April 9 – 11, 2021.

We are still accepting registrations at the current pricing through mail (please continue to use printed registrations as we are not online at this time) for the 2021 event. This pricing will be in place till January 31, 2021 at which time the committee will reevaluate the costs.

$40  Late Registration Only
$50  Late Camping (includes registration)
$140 Late Cabin with meals (includes registration)

Ala Carte Meals:

$15  Friday Dinner
$14 Saturday Breakfast
$14 Saturday Lunch
$15 Saturday Dinner
$14 Sunday Breakfast

Also – as previously stated regarding the people that are pre-registered for the 2020 event – The OASC NA Gathering Committee would prefer that you stay registered for the event and use that registration towards the 2021 event. Our committee has been in the planning stages and refunds at this time will hinder the continued planning of the event.

With that being said, we will understand if you need to ask for a refund.

DEADLINE to request a refund is April 17, 2020. As stated per the original registration for refunds “any fees will be charged to participant for processing the refund”.

NOTE – We will NOT be giving refunds for pre-sale merchandise; pre-sale merchandise orders will be honored and distributed. Merchandise Chair Jason T. will be contacting you with details.
