The Fourth Concept is about leadership, and in NA leadership isn’t just about holding a position; it’s about taking responsibility for the Fellowship that saved our lives. Our leaders are but trusted servants, and there is always an opportunity to serve. We call it selfless service, but we always benefit from serving NA. Sometimes we grow the most from the quiet ways we help our groups and our fellow members.
