We are writing with some announcements and reminders:

WCNA 38, THE POWER OF LOVE, is a hot seven weeks away!
It’s a great time to make plans and to help us make our plans. Hotel rooms are available. Flights are on sale. We still have event tickets left, including a few baseball tickets Wednesday night and tickets for Samantha Fish (Blues Brunch), who is opening for the Stones later this month. And pre-registration is on until the end of the month! Once we move into August, the pre-registration discount goes away and you don’t get early access to WCNA merchandise. Also, it makes it harder for us to plan, and right now we are in planning mode so hard.… How many chairs do we need? How many screens? How many badges and registration packages to order? Oh yes, that could mean that when and if you decide to show up, there is no badge for you to get into the building if you haven’t already registered. Your willingness to pre-register improves our ability to plan accurately. Right now, we are renting chairs and incurring expenses for who “might” decide to come, and there is a limit to our ability to do that and still take care of the Fellowship’s resources.
It’s gonna be a PARTY. And we need your help to make it great.
It’s been a long time since we’ve had the opportunity to get together at a world convention. Let’s take this opportunity to see each other one more time, to embrace, to share, to learn, to grow, to break bread, to dance, and to save some lives.
Come experience The Power of Love. The weather ain’t the hottest thing in DC this summer.

New Survey about Step Working Materials: www.na.org/survey
Step working material (either new or revised) was prioritized in the 2023 CARsurvey, and the 2023 World Service Conference reached consensus that it would be one of the focuses for the recovery literature project this cycle. Of course, we have Step working material already—and as many of you know, existing material from NA’s books is being bundled into the NA Survival Kit, which will be available beginning at WCNA 38. But NA members work Steps a lot! And we take a variety of approaches. Many members have asked for more or different material.
We have posted a survey to help determine what the Fellowship as a whole is looking for in new or revised Step working resources. The responses to the survey will shape a project plan for the 2026 Conference Approval Track material. You can find it at www.na.org/surveys.
