We wanted to remind you that there is an upcoming web meeting focused on NA in the time of Coronavirus: next steps for meetings. The web meeting is scheduled for Saturday, 25 July, 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, Pacific Daylight Time. We will open the room by 10:00 am. Log-in information is below. Please consider logging on early.
The two main topics of the meeting will be what groups need to consider when deciding whether to resume in-person meetings, and hybrid NA meetings. There will be brief presentations by members and then time for discussion in breakout groups.
The meeting will be in English with simultaneous Arabic, Portuguese, and Spanish interpretation. So that we can more easily group language speakers together, if you will be using an interpretation feed, please put the first two letters of the language at the beginning of your log in nameAR for Arabic, PO for Portuguese, and SP for Spanish. All attendees will need to select a language feed once the meeting begins.
We also have had a member offer to provide American Sign Language interpretation during the meeting, but we do not know of any members who plan to come who would utilize an ASL interpreter. If you are planning to attend and you desire ASL interpretation, please write to nick@na.org and let us know.
How to Prepare
Be sure your version of Zoom is up to date. Zoom regularly rolls out updates, so if possible, check for updates the morning of the web meeting or the night before. You do that by logging on to your Zoom account, clicking your profile picture/icon and selecting check for updates in the drop-down menu.

Unity Day is scheduled for Saturday 5 September (Sunday 6 September for those across the date line). We hope you will join in the Serenity Prayer at 10:00 am, Pacific Daylight Time. Unity Day is often a time when local NA communities plan meetings and events. Please let us know if you are planning something, and we can share it with others.
